In this section I will discuss some basic body workouts that you can perform for each muscle group. If you are new to the whole concept of weight training or just want information on some basic workouts, then this is a good place to start. I have broken this section down into 7 parts with each part focusing on a particular muscle group.
I would recommend for you to go over each part as they all have basic yet important information that everyone who is trying to learn about weight training should know.
When doing these workouts make sure to utilize proper form and balance as failing to do so can cause some serious injury.
I have been victim of this in the past but luckily I only either pulled or strained a muscle rather than doing something more serious. So I learned that you should never use more weight than you can handle as that can cause you to loose form and hurt yourself.
Also lifting more without proper form will not increase the rate of your muscle growth. Instead it does the opposite as you are not fully and properly training your muscles.
So remember to maintain proper form and lift as much as you are capable of doing.
